Return Policy

Customers have the right to return purchased products within 30 days of receipt and are entitled to an exchange or refund. However, the returned product must not be damaged or show signs of use. We will then send you detailed instructions with the attached return form, which must be fully completed and returned to us along with the product. Furniture can be returned using our free collection service.

Once you have received a confirmation email from us regarding the receipt of your return, it will take a maximum of 5-7 business days to process the refund.

Complaints

If the product you received does not work properly, you can claim under the warranty.

We offer a 30-day warranty on our products. In addition, we offer the option to extend the warranty by one year. The warranty does not apply in case of:

• physical damage caused by wear and tear
• defects in use caused by incorrect, unsuitable or careless use of the product
